October 2009 - I am new to Edmonton and was at a loss to find a spa to service my Laser Hair needs. In Ontario, I had the most amazing spa and really LOVED and trusted my technicians there so, I was very nervous about finding a new medical Spa in Edmonton.
I found Phoenix Renewal Centre & Spa through the web and decided to go for a consultation to see what the fuss was about. WOW! The Spa was Beautiful, the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, they presented their certificates of training in all the areas I was looking for in minutes and taught me about the procedure BEFORE I made my choice. I walked away informed, confident and relieved that such a place existed. I also got in to see their Dermatologist for a mole that was bothering me that day!
I am now on my Third treatment with Phoenix for Laser Hair and am so happy with the results! What's more, they make it comfortable, warm and a pleasure to come in for a treatment - and the Spa is GORGEOUS!!.
I highly recommend this spa for traditional (yes, I have now had a pedicure and manicure there - equally amazing) and medical spa.
Phoenix is a little Gem in the Heart of Downtown on Jasper Avenue. You have to try this spa.
